Return Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.
Return only in original packaging (shrink wrap intact) within 30 days of original order date. A 30 % restocking fee will be assessed for all merchandise.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees, including the original shipment.
Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") numbers must be obtained from our office prior to returning any merchandise.  We will then provide the address where merchandise will be sent. This number must appear on the outside of any package to be returned.  Any package delivered to our warehouse without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused by our receiving department, and we are not responsible for any incurred charges. Our PO Box is for regular business mail only.
